RMHC Day of Change

Celebrate the Ronald McDonald House Charities Day of Change on Monday, October 15th!

Visit your local McDonald’s Restaurant on Monday, October 15th for a special one-day celebration of your spare change and support the Buffalo Ronald McDonald House.

October 15th is an extraordinary day. It is the day when the entire RMHC global system commemorates the opening of the very first Ronald McDonald House.

To celebrate, we rally around our Donation Boxes —one of our largest ongoing fundraiser — to ensure that we continue to keep families close to the care and resources they need to thrive.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York invites you to support local families with critically-ill children by visiting local McDonald’s Restaurants in Western New York on Monday, October 15 and dropping your spare change into a RMHC Donation Box.

Your spare change – no matter the amount – can help create big change for families and children in your community.

The nickels, dimes and quarters you donate when you visit McDonald’s help RMHC of WNY give families access to quality health care as well a place to sleep, eat and cope while their children are hospitalized.  Last year alone, more than $96,000 was collected in the counter and drive-thru donation boxes.

A full donation box could let a family stay together at the Buffalo Ronald McDonald House for up to 11 nights while their child receives care at nearby hospitals.

Gather your change now and visit your local participating McDonald’s on October 15th to participate in the RMHC Day of Change!
