The Young Professionals Go Shopping for the Ronald McDonald House!

BUFFALO, N.Y. (November, 2016) – On Tuesday, November 8th the Ronald McDonald House Young Professionals Group filled shopping carts with over $1,675 dollars of goods to stock the pantry and fill our closets with items from the Ronald McDonald House Wish List and Bundles of Love List.

Funds for their shopping spree were raised from the proceeds of the Group’s June 30th “Take Me Out to a Ballgame” Fundraising event.

Their time, inspiration and creativity to support and also raise funds to help Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Western New York, bring fun and warmth to our team. The Ronald McDonald House Charities® of WNY’s Young Professionals (RMHC® YP) is a group of philanthropic individuals with a collective goal of attracting members to broaden the volunteer base of the RMHC®, organize awareness-building and fundraising events and have some fun while doing it!

The RMHC® YP Group supports the mission and initiatives of RMHC® of WNY. Our role is to energize a new generation of volunteers while providing an opportunity for young professionals in the Western New York community to develop philanthropic leadership skills.
