Hosting an event is becoming an increasingly popular way to give back. External fundraisers, both big and small, are a tremendous source of support for our mission every year.

RMHC of WNY has a set of guidelines we ask all individuals and organizations to follow when fundraising on behalf of our mission.
- Proposed fundraising events must not conflict with the cause, mission, and values of RMHC of WNY.
- If you want to use the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York logo, you must request permission and artwork from us by emailing Darlene at [email protected]. All copies of posters, flyers, tickets, forms, etc., must be approved by our Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York BEFORE printing or distribution.
- We require completion of the Fundraising Event Request Form for review before authorization to conduct an event.
