Meet Melina Scime, our newest Ronald McDonald House volunteer

Melina Scime became a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House this month. However, her commitment to our mission is no newfound passion –

before officially donning the volunteer cape, Melissa supported the House and its guest families by participating in our Meal Makers presented by Northtown Automotive program.

“I truly enjoy offering my time as a Meal Maker, and I wanted to commit more to this mission. Volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House seems like the perfect opportunity. I love the idea and comfort the Ronald McDonald House offers families in a trying situation. I want to be a part of creating a comforting environment for them.”

Scime is a Western New York native married with three children, loves cooking and is a professional artist. She looks forward to using her culinary and artistic talents while volunteering at the House.
